Our 2024 AGM is to review 2023 financials, go over last year’s activities, share our 2024 budget, and elect a new board. The board is looking to fill a minimum of 3 vacant director board positions at the AGM as well as gain members to a committee for community projects.
The meeting will start at 7 pm in the Valley View room at the Symons Valley United Church.
Visit: https://kincora.org/agm/ to view the Agenda, 2023 AGM minutes, 2023 Financials and 2024 Budget.
Everyone is welcome, but only “active” members with their $20 yearly membership and in attendance will be allowed to vote. You must have an active KCA membership (or the willingness to purchase one) to run for board positions.
This is also a great time to come out and learn what the board brings to the community and ask any questions.

Help Kincora celebrate Earth Day with a community litter pickup!
We have a fun event coming up! Spring is emerging, and Kincora is fortunate to have beautiful walking paths, ravines, and green spaces to play in. We plan to celebrate Earth Day by hosting a walk-about community cleanup on Saturday, May 4th – and we need your help.
Our city area can be windy at times; trash and litter blow around, and it accumulates in our beautiful green spaces. We will have a volunteer available at the KINCORA FIELDS between 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM on SATURDAY, MAY 4TH to provide every participant with a pair of rubber gloves, a trash bag, and a small route.
BONUS: The KCA has teamed up with Bow Tie Pizza to get all KCA members a $20 gift card for participating by returning a bag of trash. (Only one gift card per person)
Register to participate by emailing EVENTS@KINCORA.ORG, including the number of people in your party and your approximate start time. Include your address if you want to clean up Kincora closer to home!
10 am – 2 pm
(all trash must be returned by 2:45 pm to receive your gift cards!)
Information on Earth Day:
