What is the Annual General Meeting?
The Kincora Community Association Bylaws require the Board of Directors to call for an Annual General Meeting of the membership within 120 days following the Association's fiscal year.
The KCA fiscal year ends on December 31; therefore, the KCA Board tends to call the AGM for April.
At the AGM, the following business will be reported:
- Approval of the Minutes of the previous years' AGM
- President's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- Appointment of Auditors
- Reports from all Standing Committees
- Election of the Board of Directors for the following year
- Any other business of the Association
