Our 2025 AGM is to review 2024 financials, go over last year’s activities, share our 2025 budget, and elect a new board. The board is looking to fill a minimum of 3 vacant director board positions at the AGM as well as gain members to a committee for community projects (e.g. new playground, new multi-sports court).

The meeting will start at 7 pm in the Valley View room at the Symons Valley United Church.

Everyone is welcome, but only “active” members with their $20 yearly membership and in attendance will be allowed to vote. You must have an active KCA membership (or the willingness to purchase one) to run for board positions.

This is also a great time to come out and learn what the board brings to the community and ask any questions.
