Kincora Community Association is delighted to organize a community cleanup, helping residents dispose of unwanted household items and property waste, thanks to the City of Calgary and Symons Valley United Church for their support. This event saves residents a trip to the landfill for items that do not fit in their waste, compost and recycling carts by providing two packer trucks with crews. This service is free to all Calgarians.

KCA is also participating in the Electronics Recycling Roundup Grant program from the Alberta Recycling Management Authority. So, bring us all of your unwanted electronic waste for recycling!

Cerebral Palsy Alberta will also be onsite to collect household items for donations.

Time: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Traffic closes at 1:30 pm.)

Item NOT Accepted for Metal Recycling

• No Propane Tank
• No Cylinda w/wo compressed air

• No commercial/contractor wastes
• No Hazardous waste such as oil, paint
  • Hazardous waste can be dropped off at the Country Hill fire station (close to Vivo center)
• No compositing, please use your household green cart
